Welcome Birthworkers!Let's Talk Birthy...Looking for doula support from fellow doulas? You're in the right spot!
If you are a newer doula and looking for direction, or a seasoned doula looking for support, I am excited to work with you to better both our businesses and enrich both of our lives. As a doula, its easy to joke and say even doulas need doulas but once you've passed the point where most doulas find burnout, you may realize that the statement is truer than you thought. Here, you can find teaching tools, engage in coaching calls or mentorships, and even join a doula support group - to find mentors, peers, and friends in the world of birth. |
Doula Mentorship
I remember when I was brand new baby doula straight out of my training seminar and had no idea where to go from there. I remember asking myself: How do I find clients? How do I make a living and support my family doing birth-work? Do I have what it takes? If this sounds like you, then you are in the right spot!
Our Mentorship Program is a new way to step into birth work with confidence and knowledge so that you can worry less about the business side of things and focus on the root of being a doula; supporting those who are pregnant, birthing, and in their postpartum period, with compassion, experience, and evidence based information.
As birth workers, we carry so much for our clients in terms of both triumph and trauma - but we deserve support too! We deserve to have our people along side us, to support us through those triumphs and traumas that we experience secondhand, to help us debrief after those hard births and to celebrate the ones that run smoothly. This mentorship is a way for you to gain knowledge for running your doula business, learn how to find clients and peers to grow your network, and to learn how to be an authentic advocate for birth work!

Placenta Encapsulation Training
Placentophagy; is the practice of consuming one's own placenta during early postpartum. Commonly ingested after the placenta has been dehydrated, ground into a powder, and placed into empty capsules.
Stay busy by adding this as a standalone service or by incorporating it into an existing package - either way there is always someone looking for a professional encapsulator to help them transition into the fourth trimester with holistic tools.
This training is for Birth Workers and will provide the necessary knowledge and confidence to understand the anatomy, physiology, and history of the placenta, as well as, how to safely and efficiently process a placenta for consumption.
