Fetal Compass Rose
This amazing and FUN tool lets providers, birth workers, and growing families understand their baby's position as they get closer birth. The spinning fetal head shows us the directions of the lobes and sutures of baby's skull to better understand which way they are facing. This can be helpful for childbirth education as well as addressing stalls in labor and how to help the birthing person find efficient and/or comfortable positions to help baby navigate the pelvis more smoothly. Typically comes in light maple wood, cherry wood, or dark walnut.
